-Beginner Gymnastics is the starting point for any new student who has had little to no experience in the sport. This is where our students learn the very basics of gymnastics and start to build their foundation of skills. At this level, students will be introduced to gymnastics terminology and start to get comfortable on the different pieces of equipment in the gym. All Beginner Gymnasts will use vault, beam, uneven bars and do floor tumbling. They will also learn skills on the trampoline and have fun jumping into our inflatable foam pit!
-Tumbling and Trampoline class is designed for students who have the basic skills of tumbling but want to improve their cartwheels, backward rolls, round offs as well as learning backbend kickovers and back handsprings. During this class students are learning the basics and building blocks of Tumbling and will utilize the tumble trak, air track, trampoline, and floor during class time.
