Boot Camp Fitness Class at the GCC
Registration starts July 1 at 7pm.
Dates: Tuesdays & Fridays- 6-week sessions

Fall Session 1: October 1  - November 8
Fall Session 2: November 12  - December 20 (Class held on Nov. 27 instead of Nov. 29)
Winter Session 1: December 31 - February 7
Winter Session 2: February 11 - March 27 (Skip March 16-20)
Spring Session 1: March 31  - May 8

Summer Break- no classes

This class is for any level of student from beginners to advanced.

Min. of 6 people. Max of 20 people.

Description: Join this 45 min heart-pounding class designed to push your body into high gear. Challenge your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength and endurance with various types of training and equipment. Break out of your fitness rut with this high intensity program! (Fitness Assessments are available with this program to include BF%, BMI, measurements and weight to track your progress!)
