To schedule an inspection, please call the Development Services office at 515.986.4050. 
Inspections must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. 

Please provide all of the following information when scheduling appointments: 
Contractor, Contact, Phone Number, Location/Address, Type of inspection

Required inspections:
Storm Sewer/Water
Sheer Wall
Framing/Electrical/Mechanical Rough In- All at once unless commercial or meter release/service
Final Inspection
Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Acceptance Testing (can be scheduled alone or at final)
Pre-construction walk through on remodels and additions
