NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE:  The contractor on the SE 37th Street at Highway 141 project has requested permission to close SE 37th Street on the east side of Highway 141 for the installation of two storm sewer cross-runs.  This work is being proposed as night work by the contractor and is scheduled to occur between 8:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. on Wednesday September 25th and Thursday September 26th.   These closures are weather dependent and the dates may need to be adjusting accordingly. The contractor is required to submit a traffic control plan to accommodate the street closure and HR Green will be on-site to provide construction observation during the storm sewer installation and street closure.  HR Green will also take care of notifying adjacent businesses prior to the street closure.  The contractor will utilize granular material and steel plates over the storm sewer trenches to be able to open the street back up in the morning.  Once both storm sewer crossings are completed, the contractor will cap the two trenches with 10” of asphalt to get the street through until full reconstruction will occur.
