Don't miss your chance to destress with yoga! This yoga class will be accessible to everyone. Multiple variations for each posture will allow you to practice seated, standing or moving between the two. Each class will include an aspect of yoga philosophy, centering, breath awareness, and movement, then close with relaxation and a short meditation. Beginners are very welcome.
To help you get the most out of your yoga practice, please inform the teacher before class of anything about your health and/or physical challenges that you feel they should know.
Please bring your own mat. Chairs will be available for those who prefer not to sit on the floor. Blocks will be available, but you can bring your own props.
