New session alert! We now offer new sessions of yoga on Thursday mornings and Wednesday nights! This yoga class will be accessible to everyone. Multiple variations for each posture will allow you to practice seated, standing or moving between the two. Honor your body, and choose a variation that works best for you on that day. Each class will include an aspect of yoga philosophy, centering, breath awareness and movement, then close with relaxation and a short meditation. Beginners are very welcome.
