||For Grades 5-12, and Older Athletes
10 sessions= $200 per person
20 sessions= $300 per person
3 or more Teammate Pricing (must workout at same time)
10 sessions= $170 per person
20 sessions= $260 per person
*Sessions last 45 minutes each.
Athletes will not workout with more than 5 people.
Depending on the availability, could be individual workout.

Eric is well versed in all sports. He was all-conference in football, soccer, and basketball while at Dallas Center-Grimes. In high school, he was 3rd team All-State in football and qualified for state in track. Eric also has a B.S. in Physical Education from the Division 2 perennial powerhouse Northwest Missouri State University. During his stay at Northwest he played four seasons as a defensive end and linebacker and accompanied the Bearcats to the Division 2 championships three straight years.

||Explosive Performance is a complete training program designed to make junior high, high school, and older athletes run faster, jump higher, and improve their general athleticism. The program will begin with an evaluation so that Eric can tailor the program to your specific needs. Then, Eric will guide a series of speed, agility, and acceleration drills using Flex Bands by Jump Stretch. After a few weeks, Eric will reassess you to show you the progress you've made and to allow Eric to make necessary changes to ensure you're improving quickly.
