Kids should wear shorts/tank top or leotard. No jean shorts or baggie t-shirts. Gymnasts will learn beginning gymnastics skills on all 4 areas including, bars, beam, floor (tumbling) and vault. The primary objective of the Beginner Gymnastics program is to provide your son or daughter with a strong foundation in beginning levels that he or she will be able to build upon in future levels. This level has specific goals and these are designed for each child’s skill level both physically and mentally. Gymnastics helps develop coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, self-confidence and discipline which helps provide a strong foundation for all sports.
