Fall Session 2: November 13  - December 21, 2018  (T'giving Week- Hold class on Wednesday instead of Friday)
Winter Session 1: January 4 - February 8, 2019
Winter Session 2: February 12  - March 22, 2019
Spring Session 1: March 26  - May 3, 2019

Summer Break- no classes


This class is for any level of student from beginners to advanced.

Min. of 6 people. Max of 20 people.

Description: Join this 45 min heart-pounding class designed to push your body into high gear. Challenge your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength and endurance with various types of training and equipment. Break out of your fitness rut with this high intensity program! (Fitness Assessments are available with this program to include BF%, BMI, measurements and weight to track your progress!)
