Boot Camp Fitness Class at the GCC
Registration starts July 1 at 7pm.

6-week session
Fall Session 1: October 3 - November 9, 2017
Fall Session 2: November 14 - December 21, 2017 (T'giving Week- Hold class on Wednesday instead of Thursday)
Winter Session 1: January 2 - February 8, 2018
Winter Session 2: February 13 - March 22, 2018
Spring Session 1: March 27 - May 3, 2018

5:15am-6:00am
This class is for any level of student from beginners to advanced.

Min. of 6 people. Max of 20 people.

Who: For Ages 16 and Up

Description: Join this 45 min heart-pounding class designed to push your body into high gear. Challenge your aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength and endurance with various types of training and equipment. Break out of your fitness rut with this high intensity program! (Fitness Assessments are available with this program to include BF%, BMI, measurements and weight to track your progress!)
