Dates: Fall Session I:  Tuesdays, September 13 - October 18, 2011 CLOSED
Fall Session II:  Tuesdays, November 1 - December 6, 2011 CLOSED
Winter Session I: Tuesdays, January 3  - February 7, 2012 CLOSED
Winter Session II: Tuesdays, February 21  - April 3, 2012

Spring Session: Tuesdays, April 17 - May 22, 2012
Times:

Tuesdays from 6:45pm - 8:00pm
This class is for any level of student from beginners to advanced.  We may incorporate some pilates and strength building exercises into each session.

Min. of 6 people. Max of 12 people.

Who: Adults 16 and Up
Cost:

6-week Session for $45 per person

OR $10 for a drop-in fee per class

BONUS DISCOUNT- Returning students can bring a friend and you will both receive a $5 discount off your session. Must register at Parks and Recreation Office to receive discount for the current session or we can give you a $5 credit if you register online to be used for a future program.

Description:
Yoga is for everyone! It increases strength, flexibility, and balance for both body and mind. Regular yoga practice is known to improve circulation, increase core strength and stability, digestion and posture, stimulate the immune system, decrease stress level, boost self-esteem and create a sense of calmness and well being.  Please bring your own mat, towel & water.  Come in with an open mind and open heart.  This class could fill up, so register now!
