Boards / Commissions
The Mayor and City Council have authority to appoint Grimes citizens to city boards and commissions. Board and commission members advise and make recommendations to the City Council on specific policy issues.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Meets on the first Tuesday of each month, at City Hall, 5:30 pm PARK AND RECREATION BOARD Meets on the first Wednesday of each month, at City Hall, 5:30 pm BOARD OF ADJUSTEMENT Meets on the third Tuesday of each month, as needed, at City Hall, 5:30 pm LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES Meeting date each month is determined at previous meeting, at library meeting room.
